What we do
We build embedded electronics and the test infrastructure they depend on. Our work spans avionics-grade printed circuit boards, instrumentation chains for measurement and calibration, embedded firmware on real-time microcontrollers, and edge-AI modules for image and signal analysis. We work to recognised qualification envelopes and we treat acceptance evidence as a deliverable, not an afterthought.
Avionics-grade electronics
PCB design, board bring-up, and component-level characterisation for systems that must survive vehicle, airborne, and space environments. Schematic, layout, and BoM ownership through to indigenous fabrication.
Instrumentation and test
Measurement chains, calibration, and automated test equipment for functional and environmental test campaigns. LabVIEW, cRIO, CANopen, FPGA, Python.
Embedded firmware
Real-time firmware on ARM Cortex microcontrollers with deterministic cycle behaviour, supplier-grade communication stacks, and hardware-in-the-loop validation.
Edge-AI for vision and signal
On-device inference using transfer learning from open pretrained models, compiled and quantised for embedded NPUs. Acceptance-driven, not demo-driven.
How we work
Acceptance-driven engineering. We treat the acceptance test procedure as the design anchor, not the documentation tail. Specifications are reduced to measurable criteria before the first board is laid out, and verification evidence is captured continuously through the project.
Indigenous build, audited supply chain. We design for fabrication and assembly in India. Our deliverables include the full design package (schematics, Gerbers, mechanical drawings, BoM with sourcing classification per line, firmware source, and acceptance test procedures) so production can transfer cleanly to the customer's manufacturing partner.
Honest scope. Our proposals state what is committed and what is assumed, and they distinguish the two. We don't claim infrastructure we don't have, capabilities we don't evidence, or numbers we can't anchor. This protects the customer and the programme.
About Hyperstein
Hyperstein Tech Ventures LLP is an India-registered firm working at the intersection of embedded electronics, test instrumentation, and applied AI. The founding team has hands-on experience across avionics design and qualification at Indian and European space agencies, instrumentation development for liquid propulsion test, embedded systems for in-space propulsion, and applied AI deployment in industrial settings.
We work as a small, principal-led team. Engagements are scoped and executed end-to-end by the people who will deliver them.
